Refund Policy

Anytime before 14 days to University Resumption

70% of room fees will be refunded.

1-14 days from University Resumption

50% of room fees will be refunded only if the room is taken by someone else within the same semester.

15 days after University Resumption

No refund will be given.

Please note it will take 2 weeks to process your refund after leaving.
